Modification of Cement Matrix with Complex Additive Based on Chrysotyl Nanofibers and Carbon Black

چکیده

This paper presents the results of studying properties cement-based composites modified with a complex additive based on chrysotile nanofibers and carbon black. The optimal composition was stated due to particle size analysis suspensions different black ratios mechanical study fine-grained concrete additive. It found that addition in amount 0.05% cement mass together 0.01% leads 31.9% compression strength increase composite 26.7% flexural increase. In order explain change material, physical chemical testing methods were used including IR-spectral analysis, differential thermal energy dispersive X-ray as well microstructure samples They revealed formation durable hydration products thaumasite calcium silicate hydrates lower basicity form dense structure matrix, increasing characteristics composites.
